1991Jeff Randall was elected to the Dry Creek Joint Elementary Board of Trustees in November. Randall and his wife, Jeanine (Barbour) Randall ’89, live in Sacramento County with their two children, ages 12 and 8.
1992Brian Ebbert was appointed assistant chief clerk/assistant parliamentarian of the California State Assembly.
1993Matt Geisel is the new director for the Rio Rancho Convention and Visitors Bureau in New Mexico. He previously worked as the sales and marketing director for Pulte Homes of New Mexico and spent five years in Mexico where he monitored the import and export activities for an international logistics corporation. He is also president of the Rio Rancho Soccer Club.     Trisha Lotzer has formed her own law firm, the Lotzer Law Group PC, and practices business law in Arizona and California. She is the author of a series of professional development programs, including LawYoga and Winning Practice, co-produced with San Francisco 49ers tight end Brian Jennings.    David Rae was recently promoted to partner at KPMG, the audit, tax and advisory firm. He joined KPMG in 1997, and provided audit services to consumer markets and life science clients in the San Francisco area. He lives in Pleasanton with his family.
1995Chelsea Gilmore is a writer/producer in Los Angeles, where she is the co-creator, writer, director, producer, cinematographer and sometimes editor of Motherhoodlum. In 2004, she produced The Talent Given Us, a comedy/drama that won the Grand Jury Prize at CineVegas, the Audience Award at Dances with Films and the Best First Feature at Michael Moore’s Traverse City Film Festival. She is married to Andrew Wagner, the writer/director of Talent.
1997Lindsay Harrington is an associate attorney practicing civil litigation at Mason & Thomas law office in Davis. She actively participates as a member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento and mentors other female lawyers in the Sacramento area and attorneys-to-be at McGeorge School of Law.
1998Charles Gardella married Bernadette Cordova last September in Jackson. After a honeymoon in Baja California, they settled in Dublin. Gardella is a landscape architect at David Gates Associates in San Ramon.
1999Pascal Benyamini, J.D. was recently named a partner at Reish Luftman Reicher & Cohen, a law firm based in Los Angeles. A labor lawyer, Benyamini specializes in defending employers in state and federal court proceedings against claims of wrongful terminations, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour and unlawful employment practices.    Seth Rockman, Ph.D., wrote Scraping By (The Johns Hopkins University Press), a book about low-wage workers in the early 1800s in Baltimore, Md., and is currently working on a new book about the trade in plantation goods during the 18th and 19th centuries. Rockman is an assistant professor of history at Brown University.
2000Archer Norris announced that Alissa Pleau-Fuller and Erin Gallagher, J.D. ’08, are new associates for the Walnut Creek-based law firm. Pleau-Fuller is an associate in the firm’s litigation and insurance litigation practices, and Gallagher works with the insurance and appellate practice groups.
2001Janet (Crosbie) Mueller married Jason Mueller in Berkeley in September 2008. They live in the East Bay Area. She is currently working in publishing while he works in solar electricity.
2004Dan Franklin is the assistant vice president and business banking relationship manager for River City Bank. Previously, he was the assistant vice president and relationship credit manager at Presidio Bank. He lives in Sacramento. Andrew Mcmullin was featured in the Rocky Mountain News for a house he is building in Nederland, Colo., with shipping containers, roof-mounted solar voltaic panels, wood stoves and other environmentally friendly materials. McMullin, who once biked from San Francisco to the southernmost tip of the United States, is a home remodeler.    Irene Zurko, J.D. ’08, a first-year associate at McDonough Holland & Allen PC in Sacramento, passed the California Bar exam. Before her current job, Zurko interned at the Yolo Country Superior Court and for U.S. District Judge Garland Burrel Jr. in Sacramento.
2005Robert Ehsan has been an assistant coach for the University of Maryland’s basketball team for the past two years. Ingrid Nurse Foster was recently hired as vice president of communications at the Metro Chamber in Sacramento. She previously worked as marketing director for Wente Vineyards in Livermore.
2007Josh Laddin launched a video game blog in November with Asianweek.com in San Francisco, the largest Asian Pacific American news outlet. His blog, AsianGeek (www.asiangeek.asianweek.com), will feature reviews and previews of new games and interviews with Asian Americans working in the video game profession.
