I, too, am not currently "using" my UCD education (M.A. English '89, M.A. linguistics '96) as I am at home full time with my two young sons. Reading Cathy Warner's article helped me feel more connected to the university community during a time in my life when I am pretty much operating on my own, without a fancy title or prestigious connections.
