The fourth annual Alumni Career Conference and Job Fair will be Sept. 20 at the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. The conference begins at 8:30 a.m. with a keynote address and is followed by three sessions of career-related topics, a networking luncheon and a job fair with more than 100 employers. Jack Canfield, author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books will be the keynote speaker.
The deadline for early-bird registration is Sept. 8. This one-day event is open to alumni of the University of California campuses and their guests. Last year's conference was attended by more than 1,000 alumni from the UC campuses.
