Big Fish

Hogan studies this medium-sized catfish species because of its similarity to the giant catfish. He usually tags and releases them, but these three had already died. “After we took the photos, we chopped up the fish so everyone could take home a little piece. The kids get excited when we work together—they know they’re going get some fish afterwards.”
